5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Shipping & Delivery

7. Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping within the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to other international locations.

8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The total delivery time is 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). Our handling time is 1 to 3 business days, and the order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Monday to Friday.

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s status on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
